About Bendy Beans
My name is Nicole and I run Bendy Beans. I am a qualified Baby massage, Baby yoga and under 5's yoga instructor. I am also an Early Years Teacher and have been working with babies, children and their families for over 25 years.
I live in Capel St Mary and am married with two children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and keeping myself fit and active!

I have a vast knowledge of child development and how children learn. I believe that children need nurturing in a holistic way. By supporting childrens emotional development they form self belief. This helps to create confidence, raised self esteme and resilience, all qualities that help children to thrive in life.

Working with preschool aged children during lockdown and noticing them struggle to cope with those big overwhelming emotions led me to research and explore the value of yoga with children. Alongside this I explored breathing techniques and strategies which began to help many of the children start to learn to how self regulate.
Seeing first hand the value of a fun physical activity, which supports all areas of development, inspired me. By combining my love of yoga, with my knowledge of the Early Years, Bendy Beans was started!

Learning and exploring baby massage too, has enabled me to offer classes where parents can connect with their baby through positive touch in a nurturing and loving way.

I hope to see you at one of our classes soon.
